Technical help for Sluzzle
What does Sluzzle actually include?
Sluzzle brings together a group of UK clinical psychologists, each sharing their own chapters exploring different ideas and perspectives around sleep. Rather than lots of text or exercises to read through, it’s a video-based learning experience where you watch sessions of the clinicians explaining ideas and sharing practical insights about sleep. You can start with a free introductory chapter to get a feel for the approach and hear from the clinicians. From there, you can explore sessions from whichever psychologist resonates with you. You don’t need to complete everything and many people simply follow the clinicians that feel most helpful for them. Unlike many sleep programmes or apps, Sluzzle doesn’t involve sleep diaries, tracking or strict routines. The focus is on learning practical psychological skills and insights that you can apply in your own way.
