Dr Jill McGarry is a consultant clinical psychologist with many years of experience supporting people with mental health issues and she has spent the last ten years specialising in sleep.

Dr Will Devlin specialised in Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) following clinical training.
Using it to treat a range of problems, he sees it as particularly relevant to managing the struggle, anxiety and self-criticism that often accompanies sleep problems - especially when other approaches have failed. CFT enables people to develop skills to support their own recovery, which are rooted in science and based on a clear understanding of the problem. Will describes the approach as transformative and regards compassion as essential in his own life, advocating CFT to clients and therapists alike.
